What it is

A free adult high school for Indiana residents, offering a path to a Core 40 diploma alongside wraparound supports like childcare, transportation assistance, and dedicated life coaching.

Opportunity Center & STEP Into Opportunity

What it is

The Opportunity Center is a community hub where individuals can access employment services, skill-building, and partner resources. STEP Into Opportunity is a Goodwill-led program offered through the Opportunity Center for anyone in the community looking to build skills and reenter the workforce with confidence.

Participants focus on

Digital skills • Financial literacy • Workplace readiness • Goal setting and stability planning

The goal is for participants to leave the program prepared for employment and connected to job opportunities.

GoodGuide Program

What it is

GoodGuide is an internal program designed to support Evansville Goodwill team members as they work toward personal and professional goals. Through GoodGuide, team members are connected to:

Whether a team member is working to maintain stability or preparing for their next step, GoodGuide helps guide the journey.

Why it matters

Belief in our people comes first. GoodGuide reflects a core belief at Evansville Goodwill: people deserve opportunity, not judgment. Many of our team members come to us with barriers that have made traditional employment difficult. As a second- and multiple-chance employer, we intentionally offer pathways for individuals to regain stability, build skills, and move forward with confidence.

GoodGuide helps bridge the gap between employment and long-term success by providing access to resources, coaching, and support that recognize the whole person, not just the job title. This is how we live our mission from the inside out.
